Handle replacement.
The M6 thread for the cables has to be cut by hand.
For the 3 front screws, I heated the heads of the original self-tapping screws and turned them in to "melt" a proper thread form. So the holes are a bit closer, 2mm. Depending on the material you are using, it may be useful to use a 2.2 or 2.3mm drill bit. (For PETG I used 2.2mm).
(you can reduce the width of the PCB a bit, as I made the walls a bit thicker than original, so it will not break so easily again - I filed about 1mm on the thicker half of the PCB)

Update 20230801: I did a PLA version (new photo) with more similar color to original for my second welding station.
