Sapphire Plus Super Sonic Beltdrive / Gantry Update / Reinforcement

Hey Guys, just corrected my beltdrive angles and stiffened it up a little.

The best update I made to my printer, belt tension is WAY MORE PRECISE and vibration is reduced too. The Bearing noise from the motors is gone!!!

On the Gantry M3X12mm and M3X16mm Hex screws have to be used.

For my Printer with its tolerances its a snap in fit, but oh boy when you have a reference you will notice how bent the bolts for the pulleys are.

PLEASE NOTE THAT: You have to allign the X and Y Motor mounts before you can use the X-Axis Carriers on the gantry. Otherwise your belt will rubb.

As mentioned i the comments, THIS KIT IS DESIGNED FOR SAPPHIRE PLUS V2(2010/11), IT WILL NOT FIT ON NEW SP5 Version.
