CW2 Meowburner ECAS w/ Filament Switches

Remix of Wissencat's Meowburner, The Puurrfect Stealthburner (Which is awesome) mixed with https://github.com/EtteGit/EnragedRabbitProject/tree/main/usermods/CW2_with_ECAS_and_optional_sensor by GarthSnyder  to use ECAS as well as https://www.printables.com/model/426754-stealthburner-clockwork2-main-body-with-ecas-and-r by AmfKuna 

2 versions, one with the switch above extruder gears and one with both switches in place just adding the cat ears and adjusting the ECAS to a size that I know fits with the ECAS I obtained from bond tech. 

Requires below items for the Filament Sensor Versions:

Switches are Omron D2F or compatible.

Ball is 5.5mm

Selftaping screws 2x10 or M2x8

I have tested this in ASA with 5.5mm bearings and Moron D2F-L switches.

The only changes I made where adding Wissencat's Cat Ears and adjusting the ECAS to what worked for the Bondtech ECAS fittings I purchased.
