Just print parts 1-3 with something that doesn't easily melt (TX easily gets to 85°C), clip the TX on the bottom 20mm bolts, insert the antenna from above and connect it. Then glue the top plate to the bottom and then the cam holder on the top. You'll figure it out.
In addition, you can print parts 4 and multiple copies of part 5. Glue 4 to the bottom of part 1 and fix part 5 to your planes. This way you can even switch the whole system from plane to plane on the field.
Personally, I glued a servo connector to the unit that feeds the TX with power, either from the balancing connector or an XT60 to servo Y-connector (see picture). This way it's easy to change planes.
On my MK3S I don't need any supports but the arc might need some on other printers.
