Bamboo Pen CTL-470 tablet and pen holder

modified model to fit my Bamboo Pen.

After I unearthed it from storage I first got frustrated by the drivers not being supported, then I found out that there are community drivers out there and that i don't have to deal with new hardware. 
Then I needed to keep my workspace clear and found juuls' awesome stand and modified it to fit my old school tablet and pen.

For mobile uses, I added a pen only holder.
