UPDATE: 4/12/2024 - CAD Model .ipt added
UPDATE: 5/8/2023 - ver. 1.1
After some use of the linear stage I concluded that the front screw clip just doesn't work. It's too thin. Rather than redo the entire model I have uploaded a fix that only requires printing a NEW version of the screw and a washer. The New Screw has a 2.5mm hole in the end for tapping with an M3 tap. The washer prevents the screw from backing out of the hole on the bottom stage. I have uploaded pictures to show the difference. It's not as “clean” of a look, but it's more practical.
ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION
This is a small (80x80x22.25) single axis dovetail linear stage with 50mm of travel. It is square so it will stack with a second linear stage and form a small XY stage. It is sized to match the other stages I have uploaded separately.

Mounting Plates
https://www.printables.com/model/470451-stage-mounting-plates
The only mounting holes in this model are for stacking other stages. There is a separate universal mounting plate that can be attached to the top most stage.
The photographs show earlier revisions of the current model. The extra mounting holes on the top were removed in favor of a separate mounting plate, and the number of gib screws were reduced from four to three.
This model requires some post processing in order to work. The holes in the model are sized for tapping. I used the following tools to complete the model:
M6 Tap (5mm hole)
M3 Tap (2.5mm holes)
2 x M3x10mm socket head cap screws to attach the nut
3 x M3x14mm socket head cap screws to tighten gib
