22340 Screw Lid Battery Holder

These 22340 battery holders with a screw lid are incredibly tough and rigid!

Designed for use with protected, unprotected, button-top, and flat-top cells.

Print the bodies out of PETG and the flexible strap out of 95A TPU.

Flexible TPU bumpers can be stacked in the bottom of the battery holder in order to reduce noise from rattling batteries. Bumpers can easily be removed using a small flat head screwdriver.

I used PETG from California Filament and TPU from Matterhackers.

The main body of the battery holder is printed using a 0.6mm nozzle with a 0.2mm layer height. The lid, strap retainer, and strap are printed using a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height.
