Remixed arms, legs, and accessories for Articulated Bender

This remix adds revamped arms and legs to @JHB's already-awesome Bender model as well as adding new beer bottle and cigar accessories.

The arm/leg segments are unified (use 5 for legs, 4 for arms) and use a ball-socket design for full range of motion and a tighter fit. I also made the feet proportioned more to the actual character's. The foot sole snaps into the cup and has a rectangular recess for adding weight of some sort.

The shoulder/hip stiffener (printed in TPU) can be inserted inside the mating prongs to add more rotational friction to those parts.

The beer bottle has recesses to fit in the hand, and the cigar has notches to fit in the hand as well as in the mouth. Both are designed around this custom hand and probably won't fit the original hand.
