Tow Bar Cessna 172 / 152

Lightweight, foldable, all-plastic / no-metal tow bar.

Print in Nylon, ideally in PA2200 on an SLS machine. 

Polycarbonate may also work. I would advise against other material due to lack of UV resistance, brittleness during winter season, deforming issues during summer season.

Use at your own risk.

You will need 

• 2 pieces of 650x16mm carbon rods with 1mm wall thickness
• 1 piece of 650x24mm carbon rod with 1mm wall thickness
• UHU Endfest 300 or high quality epoxy glue

Test-fitted on a Cessna 172 and 152 nose gear.
