This was made to fit a specific drive dock by Icy Dock: flexiDOCK MB830SP-B however it would work with a number of “USB pluggable” bare drive docks.
The design concept is based on the fact that typically the front-most mount holes are free but more than half of the drive might extend into the dock. So a tabbed extension indexes the drive enough to keep the disk aligned in the mount. There isn't quite enough room in there for fasteners. There is enough room for some thin VHB though if you don't trust the tab and want extra sturdiness. If your screws are properly tightened (don't overdo it; that drive is aluminum) the tab shouldn't be loaded enough to matter.
I would print it flat and add support.
For extra niceness you can add your personalized text in the slicer. Use a console font for that tech look.
