This is a part I designed for the Ryobi P747 dual inflator. It enables you to use the tube for a Bravo branded hand pump (Tends to come with a lot of inflatable kayaks and SUP boards). This is only for the low pressure/high volume side of the pump. I find this option better than permanently altering the original tube and requiring additional adapters to make it work for other inflatables. So far I found this Ryobi pump to be excellent for the price. I suspect this will work on other inflators like other Ryobi models or even the Dewalt Dual Inflator as well. I'm able to inflate my 10 PSI kayak within 5 minutes with this inflator however I can't speak for anything higher than 10 PSI since I've never tried it.

Print this in PETG or anything with higher heat tolerance.  I printed in PLA and it shrunk from leaving it in the car.

Notes:

  • Keep in mind the tolerances are tight so you may have to adjust the size if your printer isn't very dimensionally accurate.

The inner ledge is a 45 degree chamfer and shouldn't require supports however the locking mechanisms will definitely need supports.
