I designed this stand for my handheld scanner, but it can be used with other radios. The width of the radio needs to be less than 2.7". The height of the sides is 3.4", so any side or back connectors below that height will not be accessible when in the stand. The vertical support post on the back is sized to hold the removable belt clip for the BCD436HP. The backward slope gives easier viewing of the screen, and the base is large enough to give good stability against tipping. I printed at draft resolution (0.2mm), no support structure was needed with support overhang angle set at 50°.
I added stick-on felt feet on the bottom of my base (after the photos were taken.) You could also use stick-on rubber feet.
