Print with the model oriented vertically, and scale to the desired height in the slicer. Brim or raft may be required in order to prevent movement and detachment during printing. For best results use a printer that supports Pressure Advance / Linear Advance in order to avoid corner bulge.

4.2mm hole that can be tapped with M5 threads, and also perfectly seats an M3 brass heat set nut.

Some models include “Lite” variants - I'm no longer generating these for new models, because they can be approximated by using the “Solid No Holes” variant with no infill and no top or bottom layers.
