Snap Pins for Mosquito - 3x35 mm

These printable snap-in 3x35 mm pins are intended as a replacement for the clevis pins in the Mosquito airsoft replica.

Print Orientation: Print the pins lying down for maximal strength, see attached slicer image

Print Supports: No

These pins work great as replacements for the clevis pins listed in the original BOM for the Mosquito. How easy the pins are to push in/out depends on how well the rest of your print lines up. You can scale the pins to quickly adjust clearances if necessary. Scale X&Z together if the pins are too loose or tight, and scale Y along the length of the pin if the head doesn't snap all the way through for whatever reason.

The pins should fully snap through in all location except for the two pins in the rear assembly/folding stock. For the folding stock, you can still use the printed pins, but the folding stock will be more smooth/stable if you use an M5 bolt (requires removing material from the rear sight block to fit the bolt head).
