I did not get handles buying my DW625 second hand, so I designed replacement ones. No, the router does not fit in the container with the handles mounted, they are too large for that. I guess most of you will want to use M8x30 HEX insert bolts, but I also made a version for tapered head M8x30 screws. The handles are angled 10 degrees outward and a bit forward. The models are for the right hand. Use the mirror function in your slicer so produce an identical handle for also the left hand side.
I used PLA with 15% infill and 0.20 layer thickness on a Prusa Mini. I am sure it will work nicely with other materials as well. I used supports on build plate when printing with the side facing the router placed face down on the bed. You may want to sand the edges slightly after printing.
The pictures show the tapered screw handles mounted with insert hex M8x40 bolts. Obviously you don't want to do that...
