Modular Wallet - 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, or 16 Cards

Major Update (05/18/2025): 2 Card and 4 Card versions

• Added a 2 card and 4 card version of the wallet
• Added a slightly looser version of the middle section (Middle - Loose.stl) for those that find the standard card pusher to be to tight.
• Adjusted the tolerances of the backpack magnets.
• Ensured that all STL files were in the correct orientation for printing.

Major Update (04/15/2025): Now with a backpack module!

• The backpack module replaces the bottom/back of the wallet with a sliding lid to store cash/keys/pills/etc. Comes in multiple depths; 7mm, 9mm, 11mm, and 13mm.
• The sliding backpack lid closes with 9mm x 1.8mm Magnets but STEP files are included to adjust holes to your own magnet sizes.
• The magnets are push fit with small holes allowing removal.
• Both chamfered and filleted versions of both the front and bottom/back components.
• STEP files are included for most wallet components.
• Autodesk Fusion files have been updated.
• More to come once I can get my printer working again :)

Minor Update 06/08/2024

• Updated the Fusion 360 file to include the drawer designs.

Major Update: Now with DRAWERS!

• You might be asking yourself, why would I want a drawer in my wallet? I use my wallet drawer to hold keys, pills, security tokens, and parking slips.
• Several of the drawers are designed to hold 52 mm long house keys so they don't rattle around.
• There are drawers for both the 6 and 8 card sections.  The 6 card drawers are 5 mm deep and the 8 card drawers are 7 mm deep.
• The drawers slide out using the same pusher used for the cards.
• The included Fusion 360 file has been updated with the new drawers so you can customize the drawers to your needs.
• A minor change is that the wallet files have been reorganized into folders. 

Minor Update 05/21/2023

• Adjusted the lever hole so that an elephant foot doesn't prevent the lever from fitting through the hole.

Major Update 05/13/2023: Now with MORE cards!

• The wallet now supports 6, 8, 12, 14, or 16 cards.
• Fixed the 6 card wallet to ensure that the 10mm screws work on the 6 card wallet (both the top and bottom plates need to be reprinted).
• Loosened the tolerances so that the cards come out easier.

Features of this wallet

• The lever moves the cards out up to 30 mm
• Easy to put together with only 4 screws and 4 nuts

Printing

• Print in either PLA or PETG
• Optional, print the lever with 6 perimeters for extra strength
• The 16 card wallet uses 25mm M3 screws which sticks out the back of the wallet.  If you don't want the screws to stick out print the Divider 16 Cards.stl instead of Divider.stl. Unfortunately they don't make 22mm M3 screws.

Assembly

• Snap the pusher and lever together through the hole in the top or bottom part.  
• Press fit the M3 nuts in the bottom and then screw the M3 screws in from the top.  If using a money clip, slide the money clip into the Bottom part.
