When purchasing silica gel, often some of the grains are broken.
This makes them small enough to fall through your dry-boxes and containers and end up in your AMS unit, printer, between your filament, etc.
To avoid this, I made a filter to make sure only undamaged and big enough grains can be collected.
When using this filter, shake it around gently, pour the grains that remain out in a separate box, push the broken/small silica grains that got stuck in the filter out in the waste box and repeat one more time with the grains you saved in the first box.
Then collect the grains with the correct size in a vacuum bag or box or use in your dry-boxes/containers.
This print took about 12:30 hours on my Bambu Lab at 0.2mm with variable layer height with the highest resolution (0.07 I believe) until a bit above the grid/raster, to make the round shapes of the grind on the top side as smooth as possible.
Enjoy the print!
