%15 infill is good to go.
took around an hour
messed with the corner chamfer but holds roll well.

I shrank the roll "arm" to 105mm (internal length) directly in the slicer (pictured with an European standard full roll). Printed in PETG, 0.30 layer height, 3 perimeters and 15% gyroid. It's flexy, but I believe it will work just fine. I would print it with 4/5 perimeters, and maybe even PLA, to make it more stiff. In any case, it's pretty good for 1h print and 35g of filament.
