This is a printable case for the Orange Pi 5.
It is intended to be assembled with m3 screws, used with heat set inserts (Amazon # B09KZSJS88).
This case is about as low profile as I could make it.
There are rails on the bottom to hold a 2.5" SSD.
This one is as low profile as I could make it - which my typical case anatomy. The fan is pretty low to the board. Heatsinks taller than 7mm may not fit.
Also the top panel is a little fiddly to get into place because it won't slide on from the GPIO side, and connecting the fan wires to the GPIO with the board already in the case is, uh, tight.
The case works, but it's a work in progress. The second iteration of a first prototype.
The top, bottom, HDMI and GPIO sides of the case could be laser cut from 3mm thick acrylic or wood.
The power button works great, but sometimes gets bumped when the board is inserted into the case, and then the button's layer lines rub on the case's layer lines and it kind of binds. Rotating the button slightly with your fingernail fixes it.
These are all probably thing I'll fix in a future version.
