Prusa Mini Z axis Support Brace/Bracket

Remixed to use M6 bolts and M6 T-nuts. M5 t-nuts didn't have enough grip.

a small machinist square between the bed and the rails ensured proper alignment (also posted the remixed enclosure damper insert.)

Good remix.
Easy to print, fits well. The Z axis of the printer is now more stable.
To prevent deformation under the screws, I "pumped" a full cylinder of perimeters under them so that I could properly tighten the screws.
Thanks for sharing the model!

Great! It works perctly with m6 bolt and t-nut

Printed using Prusament PETG jet black to match the aesthetics of my MINI+.

Had some trouble with printing the overhang at first, but after changing my nozzle (nozzle was worn out) this problem was fixed :). Sturdy Z-brace, however I have not really put it to the test yet. T6 bolt and T-nut connection feels strong.

Prusaslicer PETG 0.2mm Quality print settings, infill 20%. (edited)

Works Great. Prints great and happy that it uses stronger hardware. Thanks

Thank you! I have no idea why everyone is ok with using the wrong hardware.

@Monkeyprinter_815695 Am I missing something? If someone uses T-nuts designed for 4040 (instead of the incorrect 2020), wouldn't that work fine? There are even M3 T-nuts for 2020, so why wouldn't M5 T-nuts for 4040 work? (edited)
