I created this model because the wedges that Skybell will provide with the camera were not quite enough to get the angle that I wanted for the camera. I ended up using this wedge in conjunction with the largest wedge that they provide. This allowed the camera to capture less of the wall of my house and more of my front yard. I used it for over a year until the doorbell itself stopped working and needed replacement. I live in Canada so it stood up to temperature ranges from -40C up to +35C in the summer.
Printed in PETG to withstand the elements. You can probably print in PLA as well but I'm not sure how long it will last.
Print Settings:
Layer Height - 0.3mm unless layer lines bother you
Infill - 30%, cubic
Perimeters - 4
Top and bottom layers - 4
Brim - I used a brim to ensure that there was no warping. This ensures that the holes line up properly and it sits flush with the wall/other wedges.
No supports needed
