Voron TAP Dual MGN9H with Microswitch Endstopp

- Added Microswitch Y endstop
- Added passive endstop block
- Changed belt fixation (close to how belts are fixed in MGN12 version)
- Printability of holes & bridges (non-supported holes (3 MGN) are closed for one layer (0.2mm) which help bridging)

Front & upper part is unchanged from the original Model (linked below on the page) and can be taken from there.

Can be added to a 1.4R1 Voron with as little changes as possible (e.g. passive endstop block is screwed in like the original endstop block)
Working flawlessly so far in my Voron since a few days.
