The Thin Rip Jig from Saw-Mate did not fit on my DeWalt DWE7492 saw table. It would not stay in place and I had to add ducttape on the miter slider.

I designed this 3D printed part and it fixed it for me.

I created the slider part in Fusion 360 and printed in PETG with 80% infill. Used the original screws and the part fits perfectly. When the nob is turned the part expands and ‘locks’ the thin rip jig in place. When you unscrew the nob it slides like it should in the miter rails.
