Update: Oh my! I forgot an STL file. Here is my V1 STL.

Need help finding working drone frames. I designed my drone in Solidworks and the files can be found on grabcad. I am not finding real drone frames that work with real motors and flight controllers. Well except for Prusa's Drone which is too big for me. I like the 65mm tiny whoops.
This design is based on the UR65 design but the one I found online didn't really work. I had to start from scratch and I changed every dimension to make it work with real parts.

This is Version One!
I need to rework the motor mounts, the battery tray, the landing legs and all the holes for screws.
Other than that it printed pretty nice. Pictures show my first attempt.

Print instructions

I used a normal .2mm per layer with a .4mm nozzle. This makes the ducts and supports look fantastic. However, all the small bits like holes for screws disappear. Or the battery holder is so fragile that it pops off by a simple touch. Which happened after I touched the supports in my picture and now the battery tray is gone. It kind of looks better without the tray but is not very usable.
So I may have to work on printing at both .2mm and .1mm layer heights depending on what it is.
I also used PETG but want to move to Nylon. I just have a ton of PETG and one tiny thing of Nylon. Better to work out the problems before printing in the material of choice. If I find some NylonG I may make a couple to see how that works.
