Edit:
MK2 with enhanced clearance and longer nipples to make it more easy to heat-weld the parts if wanted. Set contains all parts inkl. the double-stack-adapter for the floors with the longer nipples.
This Basket is relatively fast printed and rigid enough to hold all your cans, bottles and so on.
If you plan to grow Baby-Elephants on your Bineer Board you can weld the parts together after you put them together. Take a solder-iron and melt the parts together where the nipples look out on the outer sides… or just put a drop of glue inside.
If you need more material for a smooth weld surface take some brim or a bit of the filament you printed with and use it like solder and melt it on… works nice as you see in the pictures of my first test print.
Should you want to double, tripple or quadripple the size, i attached an adapter that give you the posibility to use 4 or more floor-elements with only 2 side-elements…
Note:
Check if your slicer print the floors 2,9mm high… if slicer try to print higher or lower adapt the hight of the first layer
The more infill the floors get, the stiffer they are… but it takes a bit longer (worth IMO)
I printed the Side-Elements in ~2h20m and the floors in ~3h45m with a 0.6 NozzleX and Prusament PLA Galaxy Black, Side-Elements all layers 0,2 mm, floors 0,3mm first layer 0,2mm rest.… just if someone cares :)
Happy Printing
