Printed in ABS with the settings included in the project file. Its designed to fit on the loose end to prevent the clips from breaking on assembly. 

Can print with no support, but the layer lines are not ideal, so you may want to print 2-3 in case the clips break when you install it.

It could definitely be improved upon with a redesign. This model is just a copy of the included part. I have included a AMS_Internal_Hub_Button_Reference.3mf which matches the exact measured dimensions of the part for reference.

I will upload a Fusion360 file soon so people can tweak tolerances on their own.
