Simple Radius sanding blocks in common fretboard radii.
Use double stick tape or masking tape and super glue to adhere your sandpaper to the block (or self adhesive abrasive).
Why print these - print several and step through abrasive grades without changing paper each time.
Print on one of the narrow edges all will work but its probably best to align so the size marking is the top face.
If you want a longer block you can scale it in your slicer, in prusa slicer for instance - unclick the scale factor padlock and adjust the x scale.
As a hobby guitar builder I have made many of the tools needed to build guitars including for necks and fret work.. A lot of these i have made or remade by 3d printing. I will be uploading all them to another site where I can ask for a small $ so i can recoup some of my Fusion licence fee :( however those that I offering for free will be replicated here. See my collection of guitar making tools here.
