Zündapp Logo Sign (Zundapp Zuendapp)

After printing a Hercules logo sign for a family friend my dad also wanted one for himself.

I designed this one with 2 manual filament changes in mind, namely white, then black, then red and have the logo in the top middle be the color of the white sign itself.

But then I decided to print the background in silver-grey so I made the logo in the top middle an extra print file to be glued in.
You can find 2 versions, one a perfect fit and the other one with 0.2 mm offset, which I printed and used superglue to fix it. I also printed this logo flipped around on the Whambam plate to create a super-glossy finish.

Printing

I printed with 10% gyroid infill on the Bambu Textured PEI Plate.

I never had problems with the print not sticking, but the top right and bottom left corner didn't stick so the top layer doesn't look very good.
Maybe try brim or another print plate if you - like me - never printed something with such a large area before.

Colors

Since I don't have a MMU I designed the sign with 2 manual color changes in mind.

If somebody wants to print it with MMU and only 1 height, feel free to edit the Fusion360 file or let me know and I will gladly try to create an .3mf or .stl to your specifications.
