I'm currently in the process of adding a Biqu H2 to my ender-6, and I ran across VTHG's extruder mount and print area mod. I like the design, except that the part cooling fans are only supported by one bolt each. I adjusted the fan ducts to add a second support arm for each fan, as well as deepening the recess the fan's outlet seats into by 1.5mm, to prevent the fan outlet from popping out.
Also enlarged the clearance holes for the V-roller bolts slightly to 10.5mm to better clear the bolts.
This is a challenging installation, lots of tight fits and order-of-operations stuff to keep track of. I ended up drilling one additional hole in the ender 6 carriage to allow access to one of the mounting bolts from the rear with a ball-end hex driver because it was nearly impossible to assemble otherwise.
You will need all the same hardware as in the original design, plus two additional screws and nuts for the additional fan mounting points.
All credit goes to VTHG for the original design.
