This is a case for the "Geekcreit® DIY C51 Touch Control Keys Full Color LED Aurora Tower Kit" which I bought from Banggood (link below)
The base can be used alone if you want, or you can add the dome which (if printed in transparent filament) will diffuse the LEDs and make it into a very nice nightlight.
The kit is powered by USB, but it's pretty low-current (15-25mA) and so even a smaller powerbank will power it for many hours.
I made a series of videos describing the build process including some troubleshooting of a small fault.
