Lian Li o11 Dynamic PCIE slot covers

So yeah, troubleshooting random crashes, short version, removed all the vertical graphics card hardware (didn't solve the problem) and wanted something to fill the empty slots that wasn't using all the screws and kept dust out a bit better than normal.

Unsure if anyone is still using this case, but Lian Li generously provide step files for the case so I made these based on the original and extended them to snugly fit the case.
