Kenner Star Wars Imperial Shuttle Wing Mechanism Fix/Repair

I recently bought and restored a Kenner Imperial Shuttle from 1984.

The wing mechanism was broken, I looked online for free replacement parts, but I couldn't find any.

So I made my own in Fusion 360, enjoy!

Print instructions:

• For a full replacement of all parts, you need to print: two gears and one of each wing peg.
• Print all parts at 0.2 mm layer height for a perfect fit!
• The gear has to be printed with supports.

If your wing pegs are not broken, you can still install the peg parts for better structural support.

Installing the gears can be tricky, put the ship on a flat surface and put down both of the wings, to make it easier. Do not use force! Rotate the metal rod slowly, the gear teeth should snap in at some point.
