Y-axis mod (MK3 style) for MK2/2.5/S with belt tensioner

Custom Y-axis ends for MK2/MK2.5/MK2.5S printers. Stiff and with belt tensioner - no more hassle with loosen belt or X/Y axes not being perpendicular.

LCD supports (standard MK3 type) included - modified for hex nuts instead of the square ones.

EDIT: 

Added another version of LCD supports - for compatibility with replacement LCDs (as mine from AliEx has larger contrast pot that doesn't fit the holder)

What you need:

3x M3x18 screws for the y-axis stepper motor

4x M3x20 screws and 4 hex nuts for the LCD supports

2x M3x20 screw and 2 nylon locking nuts for the tensioner

16 mm shaft for the belt tensioner pulley - cut out of a M3 screw

Y-axis front and back:

PETG

0,20 layer thickness

15% grid infill

7 perimeters

5 top and bottom layers

no supports

I printed the tensioner pulley cover with brim, but it shouldn't be necessary
