Ticket to Ride Göteborg box sorting insert

Introduction

The fan made Ticket to Ride expansion Göteborg, Knô daj in, has gone through several iterations and now consists of the board, all cards and even a box to store everything in. The box doesn't come with any kind of useful sorting insert though, so I decided to design my own.

The inserts

The insert is split in parts, to make it printable on most printers regardless of bed size.

For v1 each part is designed to be printed twice. This will give 2 storage spaces for cards, 4 spaces for tram pieces and 2 spaces for station and point marker pieces.

For v2 each part is a quarter of the full insert and can be combined into two different setups.
Setup 1 has two single card slots and larger tram slots, while setup 2 has a card slot designed to fit the cardboard box for the train cards.

Other combinations are of course also possible, but the above mentioned setups are what I designed them for. 

I've tried to make the design as light as possible, and printable without supports.

Print instructions

Designed to be printed in PLA with:

• 0.4 mm nozzle
• 0.3 mm layer height
• 2 perimeters
• 2 bottom layers (first layer 0.2 mm)
• 3 top layers
• No infill
• No supports.
