Plastic Bag Drying Rack w/ Added Height Adapter (v3)

A remix of this design. I modified the original in several ways:

 1. Shrunk the diameter of the hole on the height extensions by 2.5% so that they fit snugly and don't rattle. 
 2. Added holders on the base to hold the height extensions when not in use.
 3. Flanged the hole of the height extenders so that they will go all the way to the bottom of the holders.

If you just want tighter height extensions, these will fit the original design, though use a brim when printing these.

Otherwise printed with Creality's base Dynamic Quality setting, with a number of settings pulled from this video to increase adhesion, and travel speed lowered to 60 (no supports).
