Crab Rings - finger hugging cuties

This pair of Crab Rings let you show the world your love of the sea. Wearing them gives the illusion of a crab hugging your fingers from the safety of your hand.

I originally designed them to be worn with a one-finger gap but they look just as good right next to each other or one on each hand.

I had a lot of fun making these and taking them to the beach. I hope you enjoy them :)

Print instructions

These were designed for SLA and were printed with white resin at a 50 um layer height. It is important to oriented them "eye" and "claw" up to minimize support and keep the front-facing parts clean (see photo above).

I colored the eyes with black marker to give them slightly more realistic look.

The inner diameters of both rings are 19 mm, so measure and scale according to your finger size.

These might not be suited for FDM printing (but if you give it a try I would love to see it).
