I found a bit annoying that on the the Flashforge Creator Pro you can have the problem of filament spools falling from the shallow holders of the printer. This happens with most brands of filament.
I have some GeeeTech, 3D Kaige and other brands, those have spools about 70mm ID and 60mm deep, so won't fit well on the original Flashforge spols which are only 57mm deep.
So here's an adapter that snaps onto the original (52.5mm OD and 57mm deep) spool holders, and allows to use 70-72mm ID/60mm deep spools with no risk to fall down and tangle the filament. Simple and easy.
For best results you want to print the excellent spacer for the feeding tubes made by Tim_sweden: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1701657 with that +this spool holders you have a perfect smooth feeding of the filament with zero issues of tangling or friction.
Print upside-down for little to no support needed. I've tried to print one with the large base up, and it does need a lot of support, which takes a lot longer to complete the print.
A 15% hexagon or grid infill is enough, do not use "Gyroid" infill because you want a minimum of strength.
