Locking Hinged Carabiner - Print In Place (No Supports)

It's another carabiner design! This one features a no-assembly-needed hinge that will let you get larger objects inside without effort or flexing (and snapping) the carabiner. Simply print it in place, no support material needed!

There are a bunch of different shapes and sizes to choose from. The nut comes in a knurled and ribbed design, in both loose and tight tolerance versions. I suggest you try the loose version first, and only use the tight if that ends up being too loose for your printer.

The Small and Medium sizes are 50% and 75% of the Large versions, respectively. But they've had the tolerances of the hinges adjusted for better printing than just purely scaling the models.

As with all 3D prints with a screw, you will get the smoothest nut rotation with smaller layer heights.
