MK4 LCD Mount for Prusa Enclosure

Unfortunately, the LCD mounts with the Prusa Enclosure are incompatible with the MK4. I created these mounts based on measurements from the factory MK4 mounting adapters to allow for the LCD to be mounted to the outside of a Prusa Enclosure.

You must use 2 square M3nS nuts and 2 M3 8mm bolts from your enclosure spares.

To remove the LCD from the mount, you will need a T9H bit.
