Spoolholder to Articulating Mount Adapter

Using a spare Creality style spool holder and adapting to @Sneaks Articulating Raspberry Pi Camera Mount for Prusa MK3 and MK2, to create an adjustable camera mount.  Shown in the picture is @e1miran_150040 Spool Holder for Creality Ender with 2020 extrusion frames.

It lacks the locking notches since I knew it'd be short and wouldn't need to hold much weight. 

Internal groove feature has a 60 degree overhang, so the only support needed is around the large flange (painted blue in PrusaSlicer).
