Creality Sprite Pro BLTouch 3DTouch 2mm Lift Kit

After receiving a Creality Sprite Pro extruder to upgrade an Ender 3 Pro printer, I found that my touch sensor was hanging just below the hot end nozzle. I found several models via Printables and Thingiverse but could not find one I liked. 

Per the sketch, this should move your touch sensor (x,y,z)( 0,-15.996,-2) mm.
