Filament guide imbedded in the Z-Axis top part, the only thing you need is a piece of the PTFE tube.

Print instructions

I recommend printing the part in 0.15mm layer height, with at least 3 perimeters and 25% gyroid infill.

once the part is printed, you simply need to cut at small piece of PTFE tube, which can then be bended and put into the two opening, where it will stay in place.

Why the PTFE you say?
because the friction coefficient between the PTFE and the Filament is very low, which means it wont scrape the filament.
