Halo Health Pack First Aid Kit

Halo-inspired wall-mounted first aid kit!

Has room for a roll of medical tape, adhesive bandages, eye drops, tweezers, gauze pads, alcohol pads and more!

Require two (2) 8x3mm magnets to form the closure. Cavities are modeled, magnets just need to be glued in place.

Mounting holes are modeled - use two (2) #8 screws.

Print instructions

Printed in white Sunlu PLA at 20% infill, using the "0.15mm QUALITY" preset in PrusaSlicer and auto-generated supports everywhere.

The little ridge that goes on the end of the tape hook is included as a separate STL to avoid extra support material. I glued it in place with superglue.

I printed the top and bottom pieces in their final orientation to get the best surface finish possible, but this uses a lot of difficult-to-remove support material for the top piece. I would recommend modelling your own supports, playing with the settings in your slicer or trying a different printing orientation.

I gave the mating surfaces a light sanding with 220 grit to ensure a nice fit.

I've included the "hinge pin" STL, but I found it was too small to be printed in PLA with sufficient strength. I ended up using a large sewing needle for the hinge pin.

A tapered paint syringe and paper clip are perfect for applying the red accent paint!
