SPACE-SAVING CASCADING HANGER - 4-in-1, 5-in-1 Ellipse Remixes, Smaller Hook

I've been using the original model for about eight months and like them. Today, my wife asked me if I could modify the holes to make it easier to insert hangers. After a bit of discussion and playing, this is the model I came up with.

Print two copies ofHanger-Hook.STL orHook - smaller.stl.

(Hanger-Hook.STL is unmodified from the original model.)

Update 2023-02-20

• I created a new, smaller hook. This hook uses the same sized nub (more or less) so is interchangeable with the original hook - it just consumes less vertical space. The hanger-bar opening is 1.5" which works great with our 1" and 1.25" hanger bars. Useful for closets with less vertical clearance.
• I created a new 4-in-1 hanger bar for closets with less vertical clearance. Compatible with both the original hook and my new smaller hook.

I imported the original STL into Fusion 360 to project the location of the existing seven holes, so my remix would be compatible with the existing hangers.

I then completely re-draw with the modified hole shapes and chamfers to make it easier to insert hangers.

For the hanger, I imported the original STL into Fusion 360 to reproduce the nub that connects to the hanger by redrawing it, using the original for dimensions.
