Heavy duty sliding door guides

This is an original designed heavy duty sliding door wheel guide. Both left right guides are include. Suitable for medium to large and/or heavy duty sliding doors.

Uses a mounting flange with 4x screws holes and anti-slip sole for optimal door frame fixation. Once the flange is mounted the wheel body can slide across 20mm to adjust the position towards the door panel.

Print instructions

Printed using Prusament PETG Signal White for wheel body parts and FilaFlex 40 Natural white filament for the rubber flange cap.

Important note: Both M6 nuts must be embedded into the wheel body, by pausing the printing process one step before closing the M6 cavity.

Both 3MF and STL files have been included.
