Printable bearing that minimize the need for metal work. Currently proven design printed with PLA, you are welcome to experiment with different materials, and make variation in design. Dimension: 22*26*7 This project is mostly printed, but require bearing ball: 4.67mm 3/16” diameter stainless steel or ceramic.

Due to the mailable nature of print material, it must avoid friction fitting thus shaft have teeth, each teeth are tight fitted into slot, secure the assembly in place, while prevent deformation of bearing's moving parts. Fully 3D printed except bearing balls. No glues used.

Please refer to instruction file for assembly guide. Use of tool component is mandatory for proper assembly.

This bearing is meant to fit with the special axil design included in the model, you are welcome to remix this project according to your own need. Be careful when removing support material from axil, you will encounter sharp edges.
