This decking installation tool has been designed to fit onto the medium and heavy-duty clamps manufactured by Irwin and Dewalt. The adapter slides over the clamp pads and allows users to fit their clamps in between deck boards spaced at least 1/8 inch and utilize the full clamping pressure of the clamps. 2 units are required for each clamp.

(x2) 10-32 nut
(x1) 2 and 1/2 inch long, 1 and 1/2 inch wide, and 1/8 inch thick flat metal aluminum
