I was having some trouble printing with flexible filament (eFlex). It could not seem to pull the 1kg roll on the standard Prusa i3 Mk3s filament holder. So I looked at some other designs and came across the Prusa MK3 Simple Spool Holder Bearing (https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/5616-prusa-mk3-simple-spool-holder-bearing). This did not seem to work well for me (a bit too small and clearances were a bit too tight). So I designed my own version (based upon the Simple Spool Holder Bearing).
It was designed to go over one or both of the original Prusa i3 Mk3 spool holder arms and a roll of filament should easily go over it without disassembly. The clearances are (at least for my printer) plenty and therefore the roll will go smoothly. By reducing the difference in diameter between the holder and the inside diameter and reducing the friction between the holder and the filament-roll the extruder should have no problem pulling the most flexible filament from the roll.

Print instructions

Just print standing ... Clearance is 0.2 mm so if your printer can handle this at its top speed and highest layer height ... go right ahead ... otherwise find out what layer height and speed will do with a clearance of 0.2mm ...
