Have not installed it yet, but this print allows the filament guide to move while the printer head moves due to it being on a ball joint. YOU NEED A PTFE TUBE; either 1" or a whole tube that goes from the filament spool to the printer.

Hardware needed:

4x M3 nuts and M3x6 (minimum length) screws to join “Ball Holder” to “Main Body”

4x M3 nuts and M3x20 screws (or longer) to screw the “Main Body” to the Printed Solid Enclosure.

Notes:

  • The “Number-x” next to the model name corresponds to the number of pieces needed.
  • “Pin 3x” is used as a guide for joining “Half Sphere 2x”s together

Print Guide:

Any filament works. I used PETG for everything except the Spheres and pins. I used ASA for the spheres and pins only because I am able to use acetone to weld them together (otherwise use superglue)

6 perimeters 20% fill is what I used. You can use more or less--there is not much force being applied to this part. Only the “Main Body” will need supports--use “support on build plate only”

Will take a picture with it installed on the enclosure once I receive it. I'm confident the dimensions are correct.
