Vanity/Mirror Cover for Astra

Update 03/09/2023: I have added a new version, v.16, which removes some of the additional tolerances I added to accommodate ASA warping, in order to reduce stress on the pins on the side of the model. This version is designed to be made out of PETG rather than ASA.

Printed in Prusament ASA, for UV resistance. Note the slight scale factor in the 3mf file - this is important, as it compensates for shrinkage. Some supports are needed for the rods that fit into the sun visor. The filleting on the underside doesn't look the best (it never does), but is unfortunately necessary for the replacement part to work correctly.

It is also important to make sure the print surface is as clean as possible to prevent warping. The model is designed to accommodate slight warping, but with too much it will not fit properly.
